4th best referee of the world in 2010!

The IFFHS (International Federation of Football History & Statitics) has elected Howard Webb from England as the best referee of the world in 2010.

The 83 countries preferred him over the Uzbek referee Irmatove who became second. Massimo Busacca, last year’s winner, was third.

After a third place in 2008 and a fifth place last year, Frank De Bleeckere was fourth this year.
